10:00-10.45am: Family Yoga Class
Begin your day with a fun and relaxing family yoga session. Suitable for all levels, this class is a wonderful way to stretch, breathe, and connect with your child. Experience the joy of movement and mindfulness together, setting a peaceful tone for the rest of the day.

10:45-12:15pm: Mala Bracelet Workshop
After yoga, enjoy a creative Mala bracelet-making workshop. Learn about the significance of Mala beads and create a beautiful bracelet together. This hands-on activity is a great opportunity to bond with your child and make a meaningful keepsake. One Mala bracelet is included in the price; additional bracelets can be made and purchased if desired.

12:15-1:30pm: Picnic Lunch
Bring your own picnic lunch and enjoy it in the serene Merkabah grounds. Relax and soak in the natural beauty of our peaceful outdoor setting. This is the perfect time to unwind, chat, and share a meal in the fresh air.

1:30-2:00pm: Gong Bath
Conclude your retreat with a soothing Gong bath. Let the healing vibrations of the Gong wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and a sense of tranquility. This calming experience is the perfect way to end your morning, leaving you and your child feeling rejuvenated and connected.
