Piece Together Counselling
Supporting Your Path to Self-Acceptance

At times, we all need support to navigate life with more awareness and ease. My offerings are designed to meet you where you are, providing guidance at different stages of your journey toward self-acceptance.

My own path deepened during my travels to India, where the tranquility of Eastern philosophy, the study of Buddhism and Tantra, and a profound connection with myself unfolded. Returning to the UK, I pursued studies in counselling to further explore human psychology and deepen my understanding of healing.

I began hosting Japa Mala workshops, sharing the beauty of this ancient tradition and the joy of inner peace. During this time, poetry also became an expressive outlet, capturing my experiences and insights. Seeking deeper connections in the Western world, I founded a Connected Conversation Community, fostering thought-provoking discussions that encourage meaningful dialogue.

As a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, I bring a rich and evolving approach to my work, integrating Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, and personal therapeutic experience. My passion lies in supporting others in their own journey - helping them navigate challenges, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate self-acceptance.

Your path is unique, and our work together will be shaped by your needs. Whether through counselling, somatic therapy, retreats, or workshops, you are invited to explore what resonates with you. When you're ready, we can take the next steps together.
